The System Office seeks a Contract Specialist to assist, support and coordinate the review of capital project delivery related documents, policies, procedures and project management systems used throughout the University of Illinois System. This position will be hybrid.

Education:
Required: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a field related to the position.
Experience:
Required: Three (3) years of professional business, financial and/or managerial work experience in public administration or contract administration.
Preferred: Professional experience in University or other public sector planning, capital project management, and budgeting.

This is a full-time Civil Service Business Administrative Associate position appointed on a 12 month service basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after July 6, 2022. Salary is commensurate with experience.
